Rules and Condition

Rules and condition: -
1. Dear valuable customer, the price are reasonable and product sold are not exchangeable. Unless manufacturing defect and goods delivered not in good condition.! We will check every single items before we delivered your order. we will make sure the cosmatic products expiration date is not due and we are appreciate your consideration before you place an order.

2. Stock available for all the product uploaded at 3sisbeauty.com web side. We only sell 100% ORIGINAL products. Unless customer specific selected product which is not uploaded then you might need to wait for Re-stock.

3. Base on the stock availability, (FIFO)First order in and first order will be deliver out. For those out of stock item will be refund to customer.

4. We have 2 type of stock. Current stock and Re-stock. For current stock will be deliver within  2 days to 4 days. If for re-stock items need to wait for 2 weeks to be deliver from supplier to Malaysia then sent to your house.

5. Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photography may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves from the supplier.

6. We highly appreciate your don’t consideration too much for the color. The color maybe slightly different from the photo. The photo is for your reference on the design. Dear valuable customer your consideration for the measurement and  the size is important before you place an order.

7. We will make sure the parcel sent direct to your house with register mail and we will do proper packing to make sure the product is secure from any scratch during delivery. We will responsible for the cause of delivery.

8. Each items is excluded from the shipment cost. Please refer to shipment cost table. Unless you purchase 3 items above or equivalent to RM100 above. The free shipment will be cover by 3sisbeauty for peninsular Malaysia only. For oversea or others country, you are encourage to communicate with custcare@3sisbeauty.com via email for the details & shipment.

9. After you place an order, Kindly make the payment within 48H. Else the order will be void. once you successful make the payment. Please sent an email and provide the information to custcare@3sisbeauty.com. If you have any inquiry, kindly fill up the feedback form or email or facebook messenger.

10. You prefer to used the bank transfer method, GIRO, Cash Deposit machine (CDM), Online transfer. you may place your order via the feedback. please provide a list of the product items code & the details. After you sent an email to me. I will check the stock availability then advice you on the status. You may bank in to my account as listed at the payment Method screen. Once you make the payment you may follow below information and sent an email to custcare@3sisbeauty.com or you may go to feedback screen to reply me on below info and the details items you required to purchase.
